General Contest Rules
KVAS/KAST FM/KAST AM/KCRX/KKEE
(August 2007)
1. Eligibility: Unless otherwise provided for, contestants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to win. Proper picture identification may be required to identify winners. Prizes that exceed $500 in value, or as required, a valid Social Security card must be presented. All contestants must follow any additional rules of a specific nature on individual contests.
Employees of New Northwest Broadcasters, LLC or any participating contest sponsors, relatives, significant others or representatives (such as agencies, etc; and or employees and family members of other radio or television media) are not eligible to win.
Only one winner per contest, per household. In fairness to all contestants, winners must wait 30 days to be eligible to win, or play again.
2. Prizes: Prizes may not be substituted or exchanged for cash value. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes must be claimed within 30-days of winning. In the case of timely events, such as concerts, etc; must be claimed no later than two (2) hours prior to the event. Any and all prizes are available only during normal business hours. (Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm at our studios:

Prizes that are not claimed after 30 days are forfeited and may be awarded to someone new or to other winners of subsequent contests. Any and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
3. Judges: Decisions of the judges are final. All contest results are final. New Northwest Broadcasters reserves the right to disqualify any contestant or winner for any reason it deems necessary. Contests may be withdrawn or suspended from play for any reason at any time, without notice or explanation.
4. Disclosure: Contest rules are made available upon request and are announced from time to time on air as the company deems necessary. These rules are always posted at our studio location. Participating sponsors will also be provided copies of these rules.
