Join the Clatsop Service Center for an evening of fun, food and travel! On Thursday, August 28, the American Red cross will hold Red Cross Trolley Follies from 6pm-9pm.

Slow Drag in Ilwaco
Hot Rods will be lining up on Waterfront Way at the Port of Ilwaco to compete in a a coasting competition. Cars have about 15 feet to accelerate and then coast for 100 feet!
Rod Run to the End of the World
Thousands of classic cars flock to the Peninsula for this annual event. The main events are held at Wilson Field in Ocean Park September 6th & 7th! You'll see these amazing cars all over the Peninsula.

1st Hot Dog Highliner Fisherman Competition
A day full of fun contests including a Dover Sole Relay Race , a Fork Lift Coin Flip, Oyster Eating Contest, stacking crab pots, getting  into a survival suit, and tying a bowline, among other things! 
Shanghaied in Astoria
Shanghaied in Astoria, presented by the Astor Street Opry Company, invites the family to get involved, from boos to cheers and throwing popcorn at the villian. This is an award winning family musical melodrama!

Vaasa City Orchestra in Concert
The Vaasa City Orchestra is a professional orchestra in the city of Vaasa, Finland. Founded in 1930, the Orchestra concentrates it's performances on the classical music of renowned Finnish composers and will be performing at the Liberty Theater.
Canoe and Kayak Tours

Rangers at Lewis and Clark National Historical Park will offer visitors guided paddling tours along the Lewis and Clark River.The tours are free! Canoes, kayaks, and safety gear will be provided.
